Please read carefully before making your booking

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before purchasing.

🌧️ Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy

In the event that the park is closed due to rain:

  • Gypsy Bookings — 75% refund issued Rain Closure
  • Canter Bookings — 65% refund issued Rain Closure
⚠️ If your safari permit has already been issued, no refund can be provided under any circumstances.

⏰ Current / Tatkal Booking Policy

For current bookings made on the same day, up to 1 hour before the safari, only the payment receipt is required at the boarding point.

Boarding Times

  • Morning Safari — Boarding Point by 7:30 AM
  • Evening Safari — Boarding Point by 3:00 PM
⚠️ If the guest is not present at the boarding point at the designated time or misses the safari, the booking will be treated as a "No Show" and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Before Safari Reporting Time

  • 🛻 Gypsy Safari — 25% of booking amount will be deducted
  • 🚌 Canter Safari — 35% of booking amount will be deducted

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing period.

💳 Refund Policy

In case your booking is unsuccessful due to a technical error or non-availability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your provided bank account within 10–15 working days.

  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at purchase.
  • If paid via a payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account.
  • We will try our best to resolve dissatisfaction — refunds will be provided as per this policy.

We operate solely as a private travel agency. We are not authorized by the Forest Department and do not claim any affiliation with them.

Our services include:

  • Safari Bookings
  • Hotel Accommodations
  • Transportation Arrangements (pickups & drops)
  • Flight Booking on behalf of customers

We operate independently and charge a reasonable fee for our services. Prices may change based on safari demand and seasonal trends.
